If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund where appropriate.

5. Physical Products

Physical products may include printed guides, workbooks, journals, books or other tangible items.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery provider, destination and production process.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs.

6. Digital Products

Digital products may include downloadable guides, PDFs, templates, workbooks or other digital resources.

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded or delivered, refunds are generally not available unless the product is faulty or there has been a technical issue we cannot resolve.

For UK online sales, businesses must tell customers about cancellation rights, and there are specific rules for digital downloads where customers agree to immediate access and acknowledge that they may lose the 14 day right to cancel once the download begins. 

You must not copy, resell, share, distribute, upload or reproduce our digital products without written permission.

7. Discovery Calls and Services

Discovery calls and planning services are designed to help us understand your needs and, where relevant, provide tailored recommendations or planning support.

 

By booking a call or service, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information

  • attend at the agreed time

  • give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule

  • understand that advice and recommendations are based on the information you provide

 

Where a service has not yet started, you may have cancellation rights under applicable consumer law. For services bought online, the cancellation period generally lasts 14 days from the day after the contract is made, unless the customer has requested the service to start sooner and acknowledged the consequences. 

If work has already begun with your agreement, any refund may be reduced to reflect work already completed.

Once a bespoke or personalised service has been completed, refunds will not usually be available unless there has been a clear issue with the service provided.

8. Bespoke Planning and Recommendations

Any bespoke planning, travel inspiration, lifestyle recommendations, itinerary suggestions or concierge style support is provided for guidance and planning purposes.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Encapsulate Living is not acting as a travel agent, tour operator, financial adviser, legal adviser, medical adviser or immigration adviser.

 

You are responsible for checking and confirming:

  • passport validity

  • visa requirements

  • immigration rules

  • vaccination or health requirements

  • travel insurance

  • cancellation policies

  • accessibility needs

  • safety guidance

  • booking terms with third party providers

 

Travel rules, pricing, availability and entry requirements can change. We recommend checking official sources before booking or travelling.

9. Third Party Providers and Links

Our website, guides, app, recommendations or services may include links or references to third party websites, platforms, venues, hotels, airlines, restaurants, tour providers, booking platforms or other external services.

 

We are not responsible for:

  • third party pricing

  • third party cancellation policies

  • service quality

  • losses, delays or issues caused by third party providers

  • content or information on external websites

 

Any booking or purchase you make with a third-party provider is between you and that provider.

10. Pricing, Availability and Changes

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the website or sales platform.

We may update prices, product details, descriptions, availability or services at any time.

If you purchased through a third party platform such as Amazon, Etsy, Lulu or another retailer, their pricing, delivery, refund and platform terms may also apply.

11. Refunds and Returns

Our refunds and returns are handled in line with our Refund & Returns Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.

For physical products purchased online, customers are generally entitled to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, unless an exception applies. Customers usually then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying the seller. 

 

Certain items may not be refundable, including:

  • personalised or bespoke products

  • completed services

  • digital products that have already been accessed or downloaded, where applicable

  • items not returned in a resellable condition, unless faulty

12. Intellectual Property

All content created by Encapsulate Living belongs to us unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

You may use purchased products for your personal use only.

 

You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, sell, share, distribute, teach from, upload, or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

13. User Generated Content and Community Features

If you submit photos, comments, reviews, testimonials, social media posts, app content or other user-generated content to Encapsulate Living, you confirm that:

  • the content is your own or you have permission to share it

  • it does not infringe anyone else’s rights

  • it is not offensive, unlawful, misleading or harmful

 

By submitting content, tagging us, using our hashtags, or sharing content with us, you give Encapsulate Living permission to repost, feature, edit or share that content for marketing, promotional and community purposes, unless you tell us otherwise.

We reserve the right to remove or decline to share any content at our discretion.

14. Reviews and Testimonials

If you leave a review or testimonial, you agree that we may use it on our website, social media, product pages, marketing materials or other promotional channels.

 

We may edit testimonials for clarity, length or formatting, but we will not intentionally misrepresent your feedback.

15. Impact Commitment

Encapsulate Living is committed to allocating 10% of profits towards supporting young people of Zimbabwean heritage, with a primary focus on rural communities in Manicaland, Zimbabwe.

This support may include interview outfits, microgrants, education-related resources, uniforms, school fees or exam fee support.

Our impact commitments are subject to business profitability, operational capacity, local delivery considerations and safeguarding requirements.

We aim to be transparent about our impact work and may publish updates, summaries or reports where appropriate.

16. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide accurate, useful and thoughtful products and services. However, we cannot guarantee that our products, guides or recommendations will meet every individual preference, expectation or circumstance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encapsulate Living will not be responsible for:

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • loss of enjoyment, opportunity or profit

  • travel disruption

  • third-party provider issues

  • changes to travel rules, prices or availability

  • decisions made based on our guides or recommendations

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory rights.
