In the modern corporate landscape, the hesitation to discuss ethnicity or culture often results in missed opportunities for genuine inclusion. Our 90 minute Cultural Literacy workshop addresses this directly, having already empowered over 1,500 participants across 30 global locations to navigate these complexities with confidence. This is not a prescriptive session focused on forbidden language or rigid rules. Instead, we offer a sophisticated space where lived experience is valued and intellectual humility is encouraged. What distinguishes this programme is its focus on the human element of communication. We do not only explore how to initiate difficult or unfamiliar conversations; we also examine how to respond to the outcomes of those dialogues. Often, it is the fear of the reaction or the potential fallout that prevents authentic exchange. By deconstructing these anxieties and providing practical frameworks for managing the aftermath of a conversation, we remove the primary barriers to honest engagement. Unlike traditional workshops that can alienate individual through a fear of making mistakes, our approach invites participants to lean into discomfort. We promote the vital idea that teams can agree to disagree or evolve their perspectives, provided they do so from an informed and respectful position. By moving away from a culture of policing language, we create an environment where genuine breakthroughs are possible. This session is tailored for two distinct audiences. For leadership teams and decision makers, we focus on the strategic responsibility of fostering inclusive environments and driving systemic change. For wider teams, we provide the practical tools to model allyship and build equitable working cultures. Cancellation Policy

1. Confirmation and Payment Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation issued. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details at the time of booking. 2. Changes by Encapsulate Living If Encapsulate Living needs to amend a session’s date, time, or format, attendees will be notified no later than 24 working hours before the scheduled start time where possible. Where this is not possible, notice will be given as soon as reasonably practicable. Alternative dates will be offered where appropriate. 3. Client Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 working hours’ notice prior to the session start time to cancel or reschedule. With sufficient notice, sessions may be rescheduled free of charge. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for cancellations or change requests made less than 24 working hours before the session start time. 4. Refunds Refund requests outside of the above circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Encapsulate Living. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during one-to-one or group sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties unless express permission has been granted by the client. 6. Intellectual Property All materials, frameworks, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Encapsulate Living. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent. 7. Code of Conduct Encapsulate Living is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment. Disruptive, inappropriate, or discriminatory behaviour may result in removal from a session without refund. 8. Limitation of Liability and Data Protection Sessions provide guidance and education; clients remain responsible for decisions and outcomes. Encapsulate Living is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Client information is stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties, in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. By booking a session, clients agree to these terms.
