After your session, you’ll have clear, actionable recommendations to make every occasion unforgettable. For ongoing support, you can pair this audit with our Gift and Experience Consultancy service where we assist with implementing recommendations by handling all sourcing, expertise, and logistics to effortlessly bring your vision to life.
Cancellation Policy
1. Confirmation and Payment Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation issued. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details at the time of booking. 2. Changes by Encapsulate Living If Encapsulate Living needs to amend a session’s date, time, or format, attendees will be notified no later than 24 working hours before the scheduled start time where possible. Where this is not possible, notice will be given as soon as reasonably practicable. Alternative dates will be offered where appropriate. 3. Client Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 working hours’ notice prior to the session start time to cancel or reschedule. With sufficient notice, sessions may be rescheduled free of charge. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for cancellations or change requests made less than 24 working hours before the session start time. 4. Refunds Refund requests outside of the above circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Encapsulate Living. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during one-to-one or group sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties unless express permission has been granted by the client. 6. Intellectual Property All materials, frameworks, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Encapsulate Living. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent. 7. Code of Conduct Encapsulate Living is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment. Disruptive, inappropriate, or discriminatory behaviour may result in removal from a session without refund. 8. Limitation of Liability and Data Protection Sessions provide guidance and education; clients remain responsible for decisions and outcomes. Encapsulate Living is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Client information is stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties, in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. By booking a session, clients agree to these terms.
